Rob has over 30+ years of experience working with some of the flooring industry’s biggest players. He started RPS from the ground up in 2015. Since then, the growth of RPS is unmatched. With receiving honors from SBA, Entrepreneurial Success of the year, and Engineered Floors naming RPS as one of the nation’s top retailers in 2023, Rob’s drive and ability to see the bigger picture is why RPS continues to break the mold.
Robby, Rob’s son, has been with RPS since it opened its doors in 2015. He is a vital part of its success and is a big reason why the operation runs so smoothly. His product knowledge, and ability to work in different areas makes him such a diverse leader. He plays a major roll in moving this company forward.
Ashley, Rob’s daughter, came to us in 2021. She brings valuable sales experience and top-notch customer service skills to our wholesale division. She is a key component in our day-to-day operation, and gives support to our sales staff, while going where she is needed. She has also taken over our marketing division and continues to help it grow to the next level.
Vickie came to RPS in fall of 2016 as our business grew. She brings over 10+ years of experience and knowledge in the flooring industry. Vickie is a very important piece to our operation, as she controls our inventory levels and always keeps our products in-stock. She handles all our special orders and provides her knowledge to our sales staff for support.
Celeste has spent over 25 years in the flooring industry. She understands our software system better then anyone. She keeps the financial side of the business flowing smoothly, and it's a big reason why RPS continues to grow. She handles accounts recievable and payable, while assiting with inventory managment.
Tim started with RPS as an outside sales rep in 2015. He has more than 35 years in the flooring industry. He spent 28 of those years as a private installer, so he understands all aspects of the customer’s needs. He’s experienced in residential, commercial, and government projects.
Rick joined the RPS family in 2019, and has over 30 years of flooring experince. He brings exceptional customer service skills to the table and his product knowledge is unmatched. He runs the front showroom and continues to help RPS move forward in success.
Cindy joined the RPS team in 2020. She picked up the flooring lingo very quickly, as if she was in the business for years. She assits our bilingual customers and is a huge asset to our team.
Tania came to RPS in 2023 as our Bilingual customer base grew. She is the youngest of our staff and assit Cindy through out the day. She is a quick learner and continues her college education at night.
